Even in this case, we at Custom Kites want to offer the best service. You have the right to cancel an order up to 14 days after receipt. You do not have to provide a reason, but it is helpful for us to make our service even better. After cancellation, you have 14 days to return the product.
If you are not satisfied, please contact Custom Kites and we will certainly help you. We ask you to handle the product with care, even when returning it. If the product arrives damaged, we may, in some cases, charge you for the depreciation in value. We will keep you well informed about this as well. We always strive for a happy customer.
